What are competencies?

1. Vision

Find the vision that is worth dedicating my life to and relevant in the current generation.

The three elements all missions (visions) must uphold are basic christian ‘values', reflection of the ‘changes of time', and third, it must start with your personal basis of ‘ability'.

The mission (vision) should be the foundation for all individual existence, irrespective of the period of time. Simultaneously, it is also the fundamental solution in the era of change.

2. Sense (Insight)

Develop a strong skill of sense, judgment, and insight into things and phenomena!

This ability is presented to the student who is able to see through the back of the phenomenon. This refers to the ability to identify the relationships and meaning of the relationship between the structure that causes the phenomenon and the elements that make up the structure.

Growing insight requires keen observation, a variety of perspectives (various knowledge), and an attitude to think outside the box to look at the whole.

3. Problem Solving Ability

2-1 MATHOD : Find the most organized method!

Simply memorizing your knowledge in your head or going to school to learn the knowledge you need is a bad choice in terms of speed and efficiency.  In the future society, the ability to synthesize, analyze and utilize information is more important than the ability to acquire information.

Going beyond memorizing the knowledge in your head to be more efficient and speedy in terms of learning. It is more important in the futuristic society to adapt the way to synthesize, analyze and utilize information than acquiring such information.  .

  • Technology of thinking (Comprehensive thinking / Analytic thinking)
  • Working skills (systematic business processing ability)

2-2 ART : Be a craftsman by raising your knowledge and skills to the arts!

In an environment where you can easily find the necessary information and knowledge, you need to be a 'craftsman' to succeed beyond survival.  You need ‘skilled knowledge', not just knowledge.

  • Artistic imagination
  • Knowledge proficiency

2-3  RELATIONSHIP : Secure Confidant Relationships!

“I would rather earn 1% of the effort of a 100 people’s efforts than 100% of my own efforts.” Jean Paul Getty. There is a limit in the variety and pace of someone's knowledge production. It is impossible to constantly produce knowledge alone without the help of networking.

  • Network expansion
  • Network intimacy

2-4   TECHNOLOGY: Use the latest technology and increase your technical intelligence!

In the future, societies will have a lot more technologies that will continue to develop.  The technology that will be created over the next 10 to 20 years will undoubtedly outperform the current engineering we use today.  To continue to be up to date, you need to train and work smart to use those new skills with the technologies currently available.

  • Technology affinity
  • Skill acquisition
  • Technology utilization (HW/SW)

4. Character

To create the best network, have a ‘good personality'!

At HIS personality is subdivided into; personality, value, and manners

While industries continue to develop, it will become uncommon for secret creative ideas to be distributed without the mistakes done by members of the network. Because of this, companies will continue to look for people who have likeable personalities over merely intelligence. Many people can qualify, but only the characteristics that stand out are those who are trustworthy in processing and distribution of knowledge.

5. RESILIENCE

Develop your ability to overcome plight and adversity.

Typically, those who show resilience demonstrate the ability to come back up from past failures, to a higher must better result. Scholars say resilience is a skill that has the ability to adapt. We live in an age where without resilience, we cannot overcome the unpredictable confusion and volatility. The decision to accept failure is the biggest risk to a fatal failure that can lead to an irrecoverable solution.
